Dogs keep doing their business all winter long. Keeping up your yard will help create a healthier environment for your family and pet. We’ll work in most weather, but snow or extremely cold weather can stop us. Our company will usually work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. We will most often be able to make up the work later that week.
Absolutely! We usually get along with dogs, but sometimes, a protective pup might block our way. If your dog isn’t friendly with strangers or seems wary, please restrain or confine them during our visit. Remember, the call is still charged if we can’t clean due to an uncooperative canine. Safety for both your pet and our team comes first!
We do not work on the following days:

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day, 25th December, through Jan 1st, New Year’s Day
We carefully plan for holidays and adjust our waste collection schedule accordingly.
You will not incur any charges if you contact us at least 3 days in advance to notify the service worker to bypass your yard on that particular day. If your dog is absent from the yard for an extended period, or if you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can accommodate that and hold off on our services.
We offer various payment options, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Your card will be charged for our services at the end of each month. When you book with us to secure your spot on our schedule, we will process your card for the initial bucket fee ($45), which will go towards the first phase of waste cleanup. Any additional charges incurred during the initial cleanup will be invoiced after the service is completed.
We operate without contracts for our residential clients, allowing for flexibility in service. No minimum service period is required, and a 3-day notice is all that’s needed to cancel service. On the other hand, commercial clients are under contract with us.
Upon our initial visit, a one-time clean-up fee will be applied if the waste accumulates in your yard for over a week. This is following the regulations set forth by the EPA and other environmental protection agencies to ensure proper management of hazardous pet waste. Adhering to these guidelines is important resulting in a safer environment for all.
